About this event:
The IEP are delighted to be returning to Manchester Hall in Manchester, for a Fellows' Dinner kindly sponsored by Cognisoft.
Are you looking to connect with like-minded professionals and explore the future of the employability profession? Then don't miss this amazing opportunity to join our next Fellows Networking Dinner which takes place in the Museum Room at Manchester Hall.
This uniquely historic venue is situated in the heart of Manchester city centre. Formerly a Freemason Hall, Manchester Hall was designed in 1929 by architect Percy Scott Worthington. Manchester Hall combines traditional structure with contemporary glamour, making it the perfect venue for all types of events.
The Fellows Networking Dinners are designed to create a space where senior leaders from the employability and skills sector can meet up for an enjoyable evening with friends, colleagues and peers to discuss challenges and priorities for the sector in an informal setting. Discussion is always thought-provoking and constructive, providing an opportunity for Fellows, aspiring Fellows, and industry leaders to learn something new, develop thinking and grow professional relationships .
We are delighted to welcome our guest speaker at the dinner - Roman Dibden
About Roman -
Roman Dibden is a lived-experience leader and youth employment reformer working across practice, policy, and delivery. Raised in Manchester, his perspective is shaped by navigating education and employment systems that often overlook complexity and potential. He works closely with employers, funders, and policymakers to develop fairer, more effective pathways into employment.
Roman is pleased to be speaking at the IEP Dinner because he believes lasting change happens when people from across sectors come together honestly to name what isn’t working, protect what does, and focus on outcomes that genuinely improve the odds for young people.
Don't miss out on this unique opportunity to connect with like-minded people, exchange valuable insights, and come away with new perspectives.
Book your seat now and join your hosts and sector colleagues to discuss key issues, network and share ideas amongst those at the heart of the employability profession.
