Mark is a modern strategic leader with over 20 years of experience across multiple industries, transforming complex operations into profitable, sustainable growth which are aligned with efficiencies. He has a proven track record of translating board-level vision into real-world, industry-leading results, building strong relationships with teams and clients, and developing high-performing teams that deliver exceptional customer experiences.
His career began in financial services, working for HSBC and Northern Trust in European, US, and Far Eastern markets. A career change led to retail property operations working with Tesco and most recently, for the last 4 years the challenging environment of the railway industry as it enters the exciting period of nationalisation. An electrical engineer by trade, Mark's true passions lie in advanced technical problem-solving, unlocking performance through people, creating effective strategies, and building cultures that enable individuals and organisations to thrive. He enjoys mentoring young people and enabling their talent through creating opportunities and building confidence and exposure to new environments.

Darius is the founder of People and their Brilliance, a leadership development and coaching consultancy working with senior leaders, founders and teams in some of the world's most demanding organisations. ‘Radical Employability’ began with a simple idea: to bring world-class leadership development to people who would otherwise never have access to it. More than 5,000 young people have since been through the programme, and the same thinking underpins unRecruitment, its candidate-led approach to recruitment. Darius has contributed to two APPGs on young people and work, submitted evidence to the Young People and Work Review, and hosted the podcast "What's Your Work?". He is known for interactive, thought-provoking sessions that challenge conventional thinking on work, employability and leadership.
